United States Federal law requires all financial institutions obtain, verify, and record information that identifies individuals opening a bank, credit card, or charge card account.  When you open a new Corporate Card account, we will ask for your name, street address, date of birth, and an identification number, such as Social Security number or NID.  We may also request a copy of your driver's license or other identifying documents that will allow us to identify the person who is requesting the Card as required by Federal law.
